How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We typically ship orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, you can expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
What is your return policy for fragile items like ceramics and glassware?
We offer a 7-day return policy. If you receive a damaged product, please share an unboxing video or photos with our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship across India. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
Are your kitchenware and dinnerware products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic dinnerware is microwave and dishwasher safe. However, items with gold or silver plating should be hand-washed and kept out of the microwave to preserve the finish.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for most pin codes.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
